Applicants should possess excellent people management skills, be capable of contributing towards a friendly and inclusive working environment, and be able to organise and delegate to a team when the pressure is on. A strong track record in a premium-casual setting is essential, and a proven ability to develop and train staff is highly desirable.
On-target earnings for this role are £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, a total compensation package that includes a share of tips and access to the Company’s discretionary non-contractual bonus scheme.
